Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Assessments: Provide comprehensive medical care, respond to health concerns, and determine appropriate treatment.
• Medication & Narcotics Management: Accurately administer medications, track narcotics, and ensure compliance with prescribed schedules.
• Medical Coordination: Accompany students to medical appointments, facilitate lab draws, and communicate findings to parents and the care team.
• Behavioral Monitoring:Monitor students’ mood, behavior, and affect, particularly during new medication introductions, and document findings.
• Health Monitoring: Regularly check and record vital signs, observe mood and behavior, and document all relevant medical information.
• Parent Communication:Respond to parent inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining transparent and effective communication.
• Station Management:Monitor the Nurses’ Station for cleanliness and safety, creating a conducive environment for medical care.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Active RN/LPN License
• Strong clinical skills (assessments, medication management, vitals monitoring).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide empathetic care.
• Experience with adolescents (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
